At HPS, we view Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a natural extension of our values rather than a standalone initiative. Though now incorporated into our broader ESG framework, our CSR efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to contributing positively to society in a meaningful and sincere way.
To give our CSR efforts structure and purpose, Our initiatives are inspired by ISO 26000’s core themes, adapted to fit our SME scale. This international standard offers practical guidance on operating responsibly across key areas such as governance, labor practices, community engagement, environmental care, and ethical business conduct. We take a practical, step-by-step approach—setting goals that are achievable, measurable, and tailored to the scale of our SME.
Our CSR Approach: Starting Small, Growing Each Year
- Community Engagement – HPS takes pride in supporting local communities through partnerships with local organizations or non-profit organizations, participating in charity and donation programs, supporting local initiatives, and fostering meaningful community engagement.
- Fostering an Empowering Workplace: While still growing, HPS is working toward creating a workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. We are exploring steps to strengthen health and safety practices, mental wellness awareness, and fair labor principles as part of our continuous improvement.
- Encouraging Environmental Awareness: Though at an early stage, we aim to promote environmental consciousness within our team and vendor network. Future initiatives may include awareness programs, recycling efforts, and partnerships that encourage small but meaningful green actions.
