At HPS, sustainability is an evolving and integral part of our business strategy. While our sustainability initiatives are in the early stages, we have laid a strong foundation for eco-conscious manufacturing. We aim to reduce carbon emissions, optimize energy efficiency, and minimize waste.

At HPS, sustainability starts with smart, responsible choices. We’re committed to using resources efficiently—minimizing waste, optimizing energy use, and selecting materials that are better for both our operations and the environment.
We believe in practical actions over lofty promises. We are committed to reducing plastic waste by transitioning from non-recyclable plastic bottles to sustainable, recyclable alternatives. Our approach prioritizes the use of eco-friendly materials across daily essentials, ensuring that even routine operations align with our environmental commitment. For instance, conventional thick plastic garbage bags have been replaced with photodegradable alternatives, which break down more easily and have a lower environmental impact.
Additionally, we actively promote responsible waste management, encourage the use of reusable products, and collaborate with suppliers who share our sustainability goals. By making these conscious choices, we aim to minimize plastic pollution, support a circular economy, and contribute to a cleaner, greener future.
At HPS, we are actively working toward more sustainable waste management through the ongoing adoption of eco-conscious practices—including waste segregation and responsible disposal.
While we recognize there is still room for improvement, we’re committed to minimizing landfill waste and reducing our environmental impact. Our efforts include promoting recycling, reducing waste at the source, and improving how we manage both industrial and office waste. We’re gradually expanding our use of certified recycling services, such as for scrap metal and office paper, and continue to explore ways to repurpose by-products and partner with qualified waste management providers.
These evolving practices reflect our dedication to sustainability and our goal of supporting a circular economy while building a cleaner, greener future—step by step.
We work towards replacing conventional, non-recyclable materials with eco-friendly alternatives across our operations. This includes:

- Eliminating single-use plastics by adopting reusable or compostable options for consumables.

Although water usage at HPS is relatively low, we continuously seek opportunities for improvement, no matter how small, as every effort contributes to sustainability. To regulate flow and reduce unnecessary consumption, we have installed water-saving faucet caps across our facility.
Additionally, we explore innovative solutions such as sensor-based faucets, water-efficient appliances to further enhance conservation efforts. We believe that taking one step at a time is better than not starting at all, and by making gradual improvements within our ability, we contribute to responsible resource management and long-term sustainability.
